Windsor mayor calls delay in Stellantis deal 'unacceptable,' urges action

Windsor Mayor Drew Dilkens said he is "deeply concerned" after two weeks of negotiations between the federal and provincial governments and Stellantis have failed to produce a new deal for the future of the NextStar EV battery plant in Windsor.
